FLAG SERVICE INFORMATION

Help unite our Local Community and Remember our Past.
The American Flag is a symbol of Patriotism, Sacrifice and Unity.
Flag Service supports our local economy by the consistent display shown.
The American Legion Post 0143 Methow Valley, has been carrying on this tradition for many years.
Each year, we have to retire some old Flags and buy new ones, plus incur other costs.
We need your help to keep Flag Service sustained!
For more information about Flag Service or other, contact us.

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic Veterans Organization devoted to mutual helpfulness.

It is the nation’s largest wartime

committed to:

Mentoring youth;

Sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities;

Advocating patriotism and honor;

Promoting strong national security;

Continued devotion to our fellow service-members and veterans.
